An important role of podoplanin in hair follicle growth

In this study, we first characterized the PDPN expression throughout the depilation-induced hair cycle in mice. We then investigated the knockout mouse model with keratinocyte-specific PDPN deletion (PDPN-KO). We also performed RNA sequecning in HF stem cell of PDPN-KO and control mice to identify the possible mechanism.
