The anonymized dataset for replicating our study findings.

This is the dataset for replicating the study findings of "The associations of IGF2, IGF2R and IGF2BP2 gene polymorphisms with gestational diabetes mellitus: a case-control study". This dataset contains relevant information for 1703 pregnant women [835 gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and 868 Non-GDM] recruited in this case-control study from January 15, 2018 to March 31, 2019 in China. Relevant information such as OGTT0h, OGTT1h, OGTT2h, age, education, height, weight, BMI, gravidity, parity, family history of diabetes, and genotyping of candidate SNPs (IGF2 rs680, IGF2R rs416572, IGF2BP2 rs4402960, rs1470579, rs11705701, rs6777038, rs16860234, rs7651090) of the patients were recored.
