Fecal samples were collected from wild-type and transgenic mice expressing the CARD14(E138A) mutation in intestinal epithelial cells. Bacterial community composition was analyzed using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing on the Illumina platform. This study investigates the impact of epithelial CARD14(E138A) signaling on gut microbial profiles.
