Vaginal microecology in Nanping area, Fujian province

Vaginal specimens were collected from a total of 32,286 women who visited gynecology department in multiple hospitals (The First Hospital of Nanping Affiliated to Fujian Medical University, No.2 Hospital of Nanping City, Shaowu Municiple Hospital of Fujian Province, Pucheng County Hospital of Fujian Province, Zhenghe County Hospital, and Shunchang County Hospital) between 2020 and 2022. Excluding those without clinical diagnosis information, a total of 25,580 woman were included in the study cohort. Vagina secretion examinations were conducted to obtain these samples.
