RNA-seq of tobacco explants cultured by different NAA concentrations during in vitro tissue culture provides high-resolution transcriptome data,which provides a novel direction and theoretical basis for improving gene editing efficiency in plants by modulating chromatin accessibility through auxin signaling and tissue culture conditions. Overall design: Approximately 80 tobacco explants were harvested from the media containing 0.1 mg/L or 0.5 mg/L NAA after 2 weeks culture for the following RNA-seq analysis,respectively.
