A. Data information
Dataset 1: Lysozyme
Dataset 2: MTH1 with ligand 8-OXO-2'-DEOXYGUANOSINE-5'-TRIPHOSPHATE (PDB code: 8DG) collected using high fluence.
Dataset 3: MTH1 with ligand 8-OXO-2'-DEOXYGUANOSINE-5'-TRIPHOSPHATE (PDB code: 8DG) collected using low fluence.
B. Data collection
Data was collected with a CMOS CetaD detector installed on a Titan Krios G2 with an autoloader.
Data collection software: EPUD
Cryo-EM infrastructure unit, Scilifelab, Stockholm.
