Analysis of psychological, neurophysiological and demographic characteristics to explain satisfaction with apperance in youths with an orofacial cleft

Full data and code for pre-precessing the raw included EEG data, and then using both questionnaire data (personality, interpersonal difficulties, adaptive behavior, satisfaction with appearance) and EEG-derived frontal alpha asymmetry to explain satisfaction with appearance, using linear regression models. Two pieces of data (one EEG set and one broader set of data are provided out-of-folder due to uploading issues. Move the SP_633 together where all other datasets are and the Cleft_all_data_v2 file to the “Statistical analysis” folder.The code provided is annotated with rationale and explanation for what it does, feel free to replicate/check the results of the study using the data provided.
