Ecuador Tamarindus indica ISSR Dataset and Reproducible Python Workflow (FAIR-compliant)

This dataset contains a curated binary ISSR matrix and related metadata from elite Tamarindus indica genotypes in Ecuador. It includes reproducible scripts for marker processing, diversity analysis, clustering (Jaccard-UPGMA), and multivariate models (PCA, t-SNE, UMAP, PCoA).
