PHUKUY: Experimental Event Captures and Reproducibility Materials for Physical and Synthetic BLE Transmission Tests
收藏资源简介:
This dataset provides experimental recordings and reproducibility materials supporting the evaluation of event acquisition, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) transmission, and browser-side signal reconstruction in PHUKUY, an ESP32-based turbine spirometry system. The dataset comprises 196 experimental runs organized into four campaigns: 30 physical BISBC trials: Mechanical excitation using the EDIBON BISBC system, including 10 SLOW, 10 MEDIUM, and 10 FAST runs. 101 physical syringe trials: Manually performed expiratory maneuvers using a Hans Rudolph, Inc. 3-L Calibration Syringe (Series 5530). 40 baseline synthetic trials: Firmware-generated event sequences used to evaluate transmission throughput and ring-buffer behavior. 25 real-time synthetic trials: Firmware-generated stress tests performed with browser-side reconstruction enabled. The repository includes original JSON recordings, Jupyter notebooks, Python analysis scripts, processed results, and a SHA-256 file manifest. These materials support independent verification of event and packet accounting, CRC-32 integrity checks, ring-buffer losses, transmission performance, and reconstructed flow and volume measurements. The dataset focuses on acquisition and transmission integrity rather than clinical spirometer validation. Physical experiments exercise the turbine-based acquisition system, while synthetic tests evaluate higher event rates without optical pulse generation.
