Retrospective analysis the genetic diversity of Neisseria meningitidis strains during outbreaks of meningococcal disease in Kazakhstan

The aim of the study was to study the genetic diversity of Neisseria meningitidis strains that caused local outbreaks in Kazakhstan during 2017-2018, and to improve the methodology of epidemiological monitoring of meningococcal infection in Kazakhstan.
