Metric Chronetic Theory (MCT) Phase 7: Metric Impedance & Cosmological Validation advances the development of MCT by introducing and formalizing the concept of metric impedance as a chronetic property of structured vacuum media. This phase investigates how chronetic dynamics propagate through lattice‑constrained space‑time and evaluates whether metric impedance provides a measurable bridge between local chronetic behavior and large‑scale cosmological observations.
