Tjakura, the great desert skink raw short reads by NBDL for mitogenome assembly

These are demultiplexed raw short reads obtained from the NBDL pipeline. The sample was sourced from the South Australian Museum - Australian Biological Tissue Collection (ABTC) under grant number BTC20220203 (permit attached). The sample registration number is ABTC63449, and it is a frozen liver sample. This data was used to assemble the first mitochondrial genome for this species. This mitochondrial genome is available in the
GenBank database under the accession number PP957932.
