资源简介:
Vegetative bud dormancy is an adaptive process for perennials to survive unfavorable environmental conditions and is regulated by environmental, developmental and genetic factors. However, the effect of dormancy on chromatin organization and transcriptional regulation are largely unknown in perennial deciduous fruit trees. Using a genome-wide chromatin conformation capture approach (Hi-C), we characterized the genome architecture for peach at three developmental stages (endodormancy, ecodormancy and budbreak), for three key structures, A/B compartments, topologically associating domains (TADs) and chromatin loops.
