资源简介:
To further understand how RVE5 controls thermo-responses, we generated RVE5-MYC overexpression plants with the CaMV 35S promoter. Using these RVE5-MYC overexpression plants grown at 29°C, we performed Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq). Overall design: 14-day-old seedlings of RVE5-MYC overexpression plants grown at 22°C were treated at 29°C for 12 hours and sampled at ZT 12 hr for ChIP-Seq. ChIP-Seq was performed with an Illumina NovaSeq 6000. 4 samples: 1 input, 3 CHIP_RVE5-MYC.
