Victoria Road upgrade: preliminary environmental investigation

The NSW Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) proposes to upgrade Victoria Road to improve the efficiency and reliability of bus services and alleviate traffic congestion between Gladesville Bridge and The Crescent, Rozelle. The proposal seeks to provide peak direction bus lanes. This may involve the implementation of tidal flow traffic schemes and/or duplicating Iron Cove Bridge and bus bays. The proposal is in the development phase, which includes planning, investigation, concept design and this preliminary environmental investigation.
