Temporal leadership and employee performance among the military in Ghana: Mediating role of felt obligation and role clarity

This is a cross sectional data obatianed from the Ghana Armed forces. 1282 questionnaires were distributed to personnel who had served for at least a year, 494 responses were returned, representing a response rate of 38.5%. Although it constitutes a small portion of the total study group, based on Krejcie and Morgan (1970), a sample size of 306 out of a population of 1500 is considered robust for statistical analysis.
