VPRS 12472 Court of Insolvency Register of Trustees (Section 17 Insolvency Act 1897)

The Register of Trustees maintained under Section 17 of Insolvency Act 1897 (Section 74 Insolvency Act 1915) registered those persons who had applied to be registered as qualified to be appointed to the office of trustee under the Insolvency Acts. Included in this register were all persons who had been approved since the passing of the Insolvency Act 1897 with details being entered under the headings of Court (of application); Trustees name; Address; Date of Application; Date of Order for Registration; Date of Registration; Date of Order for Cancellation and Date of Cancellation. This was a record whose details were applicable throughout the State.The P1 consignment of VPRS 12472 was previously registered as VPRS 10551 unit 6. It was reserialised in 2001 as part of the ARAD Project.
