Original data used in our work by Giacomini et al. including original microscopy images, western blot scans, quantifications of cell proliferation, results of proteomic and image analyses.
We show that glioma-associated H3.3 mutations - K27M, G34R - trigger genome instability by altering DNA repair, and we reveal the first synthetic sick vulnerability of H3.3 mutant brain tumors based on a DNA repair enzyme.
