资源简介:
Malus hupehensis Rehd. seedlings undergo long-term moderate drought stress after being inoculated with the synthetic microbial community. To evaluate ARD suppression, we conducted a 90 day outdoor pot experiment at the Horticultural Experimental Station of Northwest A&F University, Yangling, China. The study comprised 3 treatments: 30-year-old orchard soil (CK, control), Sterile fermentation broth treatment (R1), and active T3-5 fermentation broth (R2). Each treatment was replicated 15 times using a completely randomized design. After 90 days, we measured growth parameters (biomass and antioxidant system activity) from three randomly selected plants per treatment. From these same plants, we collected rhizosphere samples for microbial community analysis through 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. To evaluate ARD suppression, we conducted a 90-day outdoor pot experiment at the Horticultural Experimental Station of Northwest A&F University, Yangling, China. The study comprised 3 treatments: 30-year-old orchard soil (L, control), inactivated SynComs (Synthetic Microbial Communities, 1:1 ratio) suspension (S1), inactivated SynComs (8:1 ratio) suspension (S2), active SynComs suspension (P1, 1:1 ratio), and active SynComs suspension (P2, 8:1 ratio). Each treatment was replicated 20 times using a completely randomized design. All plants received standardized watering and nutrient management following established protocols. After 90 days, we measured growth parameters (biomass and antioxidant system activity) from three randomly selected plants per treatment. From these same plants, we collected rhizosphere samples for pathogen density quantification via qPCR and microbial community analysis through 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
