Godinho et al. 2020 Creating haplodiploid outbred and inbred populations

This dataset was used as an example of the usage of an experimental evolution protocol which includes a back-up population of each replicate of each selection regime (t-1), minimizing risks of extinction of the experimental populations.
The data corresponds to the number of females transferred to produce the following generation of each selection regime (5 replicates per regime), during 20 generations of selection in different environments.
Females could either be transferred from the current generation, the previous generation (t-1 backup) or the ancestral population.
In figure 5, an estimation of the effective number of generations of selection is given for each
replicate of each selection regime over time.
