The dataset contains part of the tracking data in mESCs used in the paper: Spatially correlated fluctuations govern relative chromatin motion. Each file represent all tracks from one cell-line either untreated (wt), RAD21 depleted (dtag) or ATP depleted. The dataframes are composed as follow: frame: the frame index. dx_corrected: the displacement in the x direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dy_corrected: the displacement in the y direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dz_corrected: the displacement in the z direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dx,dy,dz: the displacements in the x,y and z direction not corrected for chromatic aberration in um depletion: the depletion condition (it corresponds to the filename) unique_id: unique identifier for the track. cell_type: the cell line name, except for the ATP depletion file (either d9 for the 50 kb case or 1a2 for the 150 kb case)
