Orangutan wild-to-wild translocations and habitat loss

Files:Orangutan_capture_location_year.csvContains year and administrative unit (up to village) of orangutan captures for translocation. Sumatra_processed_forest_data.csv Contains processed forest cover data for Sumatra in 5 km buffer around orangutan capture location, detailing forest areas in hectares, forest year, capture year, and related variables. Used for analyzing forest loss trends over time. Kalimantan_processed_forest_data.csv Contains processed forest cover data for Kalimantan in 5 km buffer around orangutan capture location, detailing forest areas in hectares, forest year, capture year, and related variables. Used for analyzing forest loss trends over time. capture_release_centroids.csv Provides centroid coordinates (latitude and longitude) for capture and release sites of orangutans. This file is used for calculating distances between these sites and assessing the spatial dynamics of translocation events.
