TPS files of eight Glossamegilla species allowing wing morphometrics analyses, including a table linking study's IDs and collection's IDs

Datasets composed of five files. "Wing_Morphometry_Link_ID" is an excel table linking the IDs used during the study and the IDs used in the examined collection (Naturalis Biodiversity Center's collection, Leiden, Netherlands). These IDs alllow to found from where the studied specimens comes from. "Male" and "Female" are two TPS files containing the cartesian coordinates of the 18 studied landmarks and the scales for each pictures of six Glossamegilla species studied in the framework of species differentiation using wing morphometrics analyses. The six tested species are: Amegilla (Glossamegilla) cinnyris (Lieftinck, 1944) Amegilla (Glossamegilla) cyrtandrae (Lieftinck, 1944) Amegilla (Glossamegilla) feronia (Lieftinck; 1944) Amegilla (Glossamegilla) insularis (Smith, 1857) Amegilla (Glossamegilla) pendleburyi (Cockerell, 1929) Amegilla (Glossamegilla) sumatrana Lieftinck, 1956 "amymone2" and "bouwmani" are two TPS files containing the cartesian coordinates of the 18 studied landmarks and the scales for each pictures of respectively Amegilla (Glossamegilla) amymone (Bingham, 1896) and Amegilla (Glossamegilla) bouwmani (Lieftinck, 1944). Wing morphometrics for these two species was tested as an argument for their synonymy.
