Genome sequencing and assembly of Glycyrrhiza glabra

This project includes whole-genome sequencing, genome assembly, and genome annotation of Glycyrrhiza glabra. In addition, transcriptome sequencing from multiple tissues was generated to support gene annotation and functional analyses related to specialized metabolite biosynthesis.
