Transcriptomics of exogenous hormones treatment on winter jujube fruit during different storage stages

Salicylic acid (SA) and abscisic acid (ABA) as exogenous plant hormones, a certain concentration of application will have a protective effect on postharvest storage quality and antioxidant mechanism of winter jujube. In this study, control samples (without treatment) and treated samples (treated with SA and ABA) of winter jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) stored for 0, 30 and 50 days were determined to analyze the mechanism of exogenous hormones on antioxidative system from the perspective of RNA-Seq.This study aims to explore the key pathways of SA and ABA affecting antioxidant system and the hormone signal transduction pathway.
