保险杠是一种安全装置,主要起到吸收和缓和外界冲击力、防护车身前后部的作用。特别是在低速碰撞时,保险杠能够降低车子对人造成的伤害,降低对行人的伤害程度。同时,保险杠也在发生碰撞时能够把力量分散传递,降低车身受到的撞击力,最大程度保护汽车及乘员,本数据可以对汽车保险杠的合格情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者的安全提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集汽车样品名称、种类等信息;2汽车保险杠合格检测:通过对汽车保险杠进行检测获得相关汽车保险杠的数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出汽车保险杠出现破损问题项检测结果,用于评估其汽车的安全性,汽车保险杠出现破损问题发生率n= f/e*100%,f为汽车保险杠故障检出破损问题项次数,e为进行汽车保险杠检测的汽车总数;4、数据应用: 汽车保险杠问题项检测结果可以作为汽车安全性评价依据,为监管部门向监管提供技术支撑
Bumpers are safety devices primarily designed to absorb and mitigate external impacts, and protect the front and rear sections of vehicle bodies. Especially during low-speed collisions, bumpers can reduce the harm vehicles cause to people and the severity of injuries to pedestrians. Meanwhile, bumpers can also disperse and transfer impact forces during collisions, lowering the impact force applied to the vehicle body and maximizing protection for the vehicle and its occupants.
This dataset can be used to perform safety evaluations on the compliance of vehicle bumpers, providing reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer safety.
1. Data Collection: Collect information such as the names and types of vehicle samples;
2. Qualification Testing of Vehicle Bumpers: Obtain relevant data results of vehicle bumpers by conducting tests on the bumpers;
3. Data Processing: Screen out the test results indicating damaged issues of vehicle bumpers, which are used to assess the safety of the corresponding vehicles. The damage incidence rate of vehicle bumpers is calculated as n = f/e * 100%, where f is the number of detected damaged issues of vehicle bumpers, and e is the total number of vehicles that underwent bumper testing;
4. Data Application: The test results of vehicle bumper issues can serve as the basis for vehicle safety evaluations, providing technical support for regulatory authorities to carry out supervision work.
