Historical in situ Physicochemical and Biological Data for Lake Trichonis, Greece (1978-2024).

This dataset compiles historical in situ physicochemical and biological observations from Lake Trichonis, Greece, covering the period 1978–2024. The data were collected from published and unpublished sources, including scientific articles, academic theses, and technical reports produced by public and private organizations. The dataset is provided in two Excel files: one containing physicochemical parameters and one containing biological parameters. Available metadata include the original bibliographic source, sampling date, sampling location, sampling depth, parameter name, measurement value and unit, analytical or processing method, and additional methodological information where available.
