Transcriptomic analysis of frontal fibrosing alopecia

We undertook transcriptome profiling with RNA-sequencing of scalp skin from seven cases of European ancestry and seven matched controls. Overall design: Transcriptomic analysis was undertaken in 7 cases vs 7 matched controls with the objective to identify significantly differentially expressed genes and perform pathway analysis thereof.
