资源简介:
Objective: To discuss the relation of P53, Ki-67 expression and clinicopathologic factors with lymph node metastasis (LNM) in colorectal cancer (CRC) and provide a reference for precision medicine and targeted therapy of CRC. Methods: Mainly, the relationship of Ki-67 and P53 expression and clinicopathological factors with LNM in CRC was analyzed. Specifically, the effect of clinicopathological factors and Ki-67 and P53 expression on LNM in CRC patients was analyzed by logistic multivariate regression. Results: The positive expression of Ki-67 and P53 was significantly different in depth of tumor invasion, tumor differentiation, nerve invasion, tumor thrombi and LNM; positive P53 expression was significantly different histologically. Besides, CRC patients were more likely to develop LNM if they aged more than 60 years, had adenocarcinoma histology, accompanied by T3 tumor differentiation and depth of invasion, and developed tumor thrombi. Actually, logistic multivariate regression analysis suggested that depth of invasion of the intestinal wall, tumor thrombi, differentiation, and positive expression of Ki-67 and P53 were risk factors for LNM in CRC patients. Conclusion: Invasion depth of the intestinal wall, tumor thrombi, differentiation, and expression levels of P53 and Ki-67 are important factors for LNM.
