Soil samples were collected in a solar greenhouse at the Shiyanghe Experimental Station, in northwest China.The soil at the study site was Aridisol, with a sandy-loam texture and PH of 8.4.There were 12 treatments with two irrigation methods (Drip and Furrow), two irrigation levels (High and Low) and three fertilizer sources (Control, organic-N, and inorganic-N), soil samples were collected (5 cm diameter, 5 -30 cm depth) for each treatment.
