By counting the working hours of workers in various trades and positions on construction sites, the Smart Construction Site Management Platform can accurately analyze work intensity. Early warnings will be proactively triggered for workers engaging in sustained high-intensity operations and at high risk, so as to prevent safety accidents caused by fatigue and ensure worker safety. When a worker's work intensity exceeds the standard for consecutive days, the early warning mechanism will be activated, and the worker and the team leader will be interviewed to adjust their work-rest schedules. If the entire team operates at excessive intensity, the construction plan will be adjusted and working hours will be optimized. This platform visually displays work intensity, pushes real-time early warnings to managers, enabling rapid response, ensuring that each worker's work intensity is within a reasonable range, and significantly improving the efficiency and quality of site safety management. 1. Data Collection: The entry and exit times of each worker are collected in real time via the labor attendance system of the smart construction site. 2. Data Processing: Taking the daily face check-in information of each worker as the unique identifier, the entry and exit time data of each worker per day are extracted from the records of front-end face recognition devices. 3. Algorithm Rules: Actual working duration = Exit time - Entry time. Based on factors such as weather temperature and working environment, the allowable working duration for each trade is set. The work intensity coefficient is calculated as Actual working duration ÷ Allowable working duration, and the worker's work intensity coefficients over the past three days are calculated (T-1 represents yesterday; T-2 represents the day before yesterday; T-3 represents three days ago). 4. Data Application: The early warning mechanism will be activated when the work intensity coefficients for three consecutive days are all greater than 1.
