This dataset contains the protein–protein interaction (PPI) network data and network-centrality outputs generated for the computational analysis of molecular interactions among SARS-CoV-2, Acinetobacter baumannii, and the human host. The deposited files include the integrated PPI network used for downstream topological analysis, the Top-30 node rankings generated using six cytoHubba centrality algorithms (MCC, Degree, MNC, DMNC, Bottleneck, and Closeness), and network visualizations associated with the analysis. The integrated network comprises 218 nodes and 4,713 edges and was used for hub prioritization in the associated manuscript. The Top 30 hubs presented in the main analysis were selected according to Maximal Clique Centrality (MCC), while the additional centrality rankings were used to assess the robustness and recurrence of prioritized nodes across algorithms. These files are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and further exploration of the network analysis.
