Processed single-cell RNA-seq data of the CD4 T cell compartment from flu-stimulated (LAIV, H1N1) and unstimulated organoids (days 4, 7, 10, and 14) from 4 pediatric and 4 adult donors. Data uploaded here include a gene expression object (rds, including cell-surface protein analysis) and matched TCR data. Adult data is published in Kastenschmidt. et al., Immunity 2023 (10.1016/j.immuni.2023.06.019)
