A hybrid de novo genome assembly of the digger wasp Cerceris sabulosa (Hymenoptera, Crabronidae) (PRJCA033143)

We unveiled the high-quality draft assembly of C. sabulosa for the first time, coupled with genome evolution analysis using closely related species. Our research may enhance comprehension of the molecular underpinnings of behavioral biology and furnish valuable resources for further investigations on Hymenoptera evolution.
