ProteinGym TabPFN3-ESMC600M Supervised Substitutions Scores

Complete ProteinGym supervised DMS substitutions score archive for the TabPFN3-ESMC600M baseline. The archive contains 651 score files covering 217 ProteinGym DMS substitution assays across fold_random_5, fold_modulo_5, and fold_contiguous_5. Scores are arranged for ProteinGym supervised benchmark ingestion using model_scores/supervised_substitutions/<cv_scheme>/tabpfn3_esmc600m/<DMS_id>.csv. This archive contains model predictions and fold-standardized target values used for ProteinGym benchmark evaluation. It does not contain TabPFN3 checkpoints, ESMC model weights, or raw feature matrices. The associated ESMC600M feature matrices are available in the related Zenodo record/version.
