We identify a previously uncharacterized human nucleoli-enriched protein FuHsi. FuHsi is an essential nucleolar molecule that regulates nucleolar biogenesis and mouse development. To identify the potential function of FuHsi in nucleolus, we performed expression profiling analysis on FuHsi-knockdown (KD) cells.
