This project aims to investigate the role of miRNAs in stroke by analyzing miRNA expression profiles in brain tissue from Sprague-Dawley rats. High-throughput sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform was used to generate miRNA profiles, which will be analyzed to identify miRNAs associated with stroke pathology.
