Study the inflammation-associated Ccl2 functional enhancer and its related enhancer RNA in mice macrophages Transcriptome, DNA structure, cristome changes of GPS2 marked enhancer to the target gene expression. Gro-seq is designed to mark the transcribed enhancer regions; ChIP-seq is designed to mark the TF bindings; RNA-seq is designed to evaluate gene expression and 4C-seq is designed to visualize the DNA structure dynamic changes.
