The dataset describes the host transcriptional response in WT and Collaborative Cross lines infected with Norway rat hepacivirus. Overall design: We infected WT C57BL/6 mice as well as Collaborative Cross strains CC046, CC071 and CC080 with 1E+05 genome equivelents of Norway rat hepacivirus. Bulk RNAseq was performed on total RNA from the liver at 7 days post infection.
