This repository contains the resources used for PhysNovo immunopeptidomics experiments, including a pretrained non-enzymatic model checkpoint, an MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line MS/MS dataset, and a human reference proteome database. The files are provided to support reproducibility of the reported immunopeptidomics analyses.
