PvdL-E2C3A3PCP3

This dataset contains the Cryo-EM density maps for the PvdL cross-module constructs used in our study, including PvdL-E2-C3-A3-PCP3, PvdL-PCP2-E2-C3-A3-core, and PvdL-E2-C3-A3-core-R3393A.These maps were used to elucidate the tetrahydropyrimidine cyclization mechanism and stereochemical control by the PvdL-C3 domain and support the findings of our manuscript, "Analysis of heterocycle formation and stereochemical control by a nonribosomal peptide synthetase condensation domain".The final processed maps and atomic models have been deposited in the Electron Microscopy Data Bank (EMDB) and the Protein Data Bank (PDB) under accessions EMD-64387, EMD-62988, EMD-62989, EMD-62990, and PDB 9UP2, 9LCO, 9LCP, 9LCQ, respectively.
