Replication Data for: Genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in Sudan: A retrospective analysis 2020-2022

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled:\" Genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in Sudan: A retrospective analysis 2020-2022.\" The dataset presented is part of a study that investigated the genomic epidemiology of SARS-CoV-2 in Sudan. This dataset contains results of samples positive for SARS-COV-2 by real-time PCR for the period 2020-2022 in Sudan. Aside from the samples tested it also contains the patients’ sociodemographic characteristic, pango lineage clade assignment and VOC assignment. The dataset is used to generate new SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences from RT-PCR positive samples collected in Sudan.
