Addition to : Aequitas Field Theory - A Covariant Dust-Time Framework for Vacuum-Energy Sequestering

My hypothesis uses a dust-like foliation field (based on Brown-Kuchar dust) to cut spacetime slices. Combining with an non-dybamical constraint, the theory cancels effektively constant vacuum-energy contributions (locally), slice by slice. No 4-forms. The dynamical content is identical to GR. It's an algebraic second-class constraint, so no new propagation. The dust field is not used as matter. it acts as an algebraic compensator, absorbing constant contrubitions to the energy density.
