Surface water microbe community taxonomy

Counts and relative abundances of archaeal, bacterial, and fungal taxa observed in surface water microbial communities in lakes, rivers and streams. This data product supersedes the Surface Water microbe community composition data product (DP1.20141.001), and has been modified to include updated programs and allow for enhanced comparison across all samples, regardless of site or collection date.
