This repository contains a compiled software tool to process and review respiratory data from CSV files on Windows operating systems. It was written for a raw dataset [1] obtained in a study of simulated CPR in Thiel-embalmed cadavers [research paper - coming soon]. The tool visualizes measured flow, airway pressure and esophageal pressure. Additionally, it derives and plots volumes, as well as transpulmonary pressure, as described in the accompanying data publication [data publication - coming soon]. To improve orientation, the program can highlight segments of the study protocol within the tracings. The plots are fully interactive, can be rescaled, zoomed in, and panned back and forth.
