Currently, the proportion of Acinetobacter infections in animals in China is showing a yearly increasing trend. Coupled with the increasingly severe issue of bacterial resistance, this has led to certain degrees of genetic mutations in Acinetobacter. To determine the level of Acinetobacter infection and species identification in pig farms across different regions in Shanxi Province, we conducted genomic DNA sequencing of Acinetobacter isolated from pigs. Subsequent gene annotation and cluster analysis were performed to further analyze the changes in the expression of resistance genes and multiple drug resistance. This provides a theoretical basis for the identification and prevention of pig-derived Acinetobacter.
