The overview of raw files used in publication (Presence of 6PPD-quinone in runoff water samples from Norway using a new LC–MS/MS method. Fedor Kryuchkov, Anders Foldvik, Roar Sandodden, Silvio Uhlig). · “Validation round 1”: LC-MS/MS files of calibration curve, five replicates of spiked samples at level 43 ng/L and 5 ng/L. Samples were analysed on first round. · “Validation round 2”: Same samples were analysed on second round. · “Validation round 3”: Same samples were analysed on third round. · “Validation round 4”: Same samples were analysed on fourth round. · “Validation round 5”: Same samples were analysed on fifth round. · “Abs recovery”: LC-MS/MS files used for calculation of absolute recovery (recovery factor). Three replicates at level 23 ng/L and three replicas at level 500 ng/L. For runs REC_XXX_X internal sample was added before extraction, for runs REC_XXX_REFX internal standard was added after extraction. · “M1 vs M2”: LC-MS/MS files used for preparation fig 2. RP_M1 file represents output file, which was obtained by analysis of Sample S3 in accordance with Method 1 (reverse phase SPE). NP_M2 was acquired in same conditions, but sample was treated in accordance with Method 2 (normal phase SPE). · “S1-S9”: List of LC-MS/MS files acquired for running samples S1-S9, prepared in accordance with Method 2. File were recorded during 2021-2023.
