This series consists of volumes recording approvals by the Department of Agriculture for the Wagga Experiment Farm, and later the Wagga Agricultural College, to carry out actions or expenditures. The authorities refer to such matters as admissions of students, employment and payment of personnel, increases in fees, contracts, improvements to buildings or land, and repairs to and painting of buildings.The following information is included for each entry: date, correspondence number, particulars of what was approved, the amount of claim and any remarks which may have been noted. The volumes contain indexes which alphabetically record the names entered in the volume.
