FONCTIOMIC

This FONCTIOMIC project consists in characterizing how shifts in the functional diversity of microbial communities due to land use intensification may be linked to changes in the turnover of soil organic matter, using experimentations performed in controlled conditions and in situ. One of the aim of FONCTIOMIC project is to decipher the functional diversity of microbial communities involved in organic matter turnover, in relation with agricultural practices.
