Pawpaw flower microbiome Metagenome

Data consists of 16S V4 and ITS1 amplicon sequences from the pawpaw (Asimina triloba) flower microbiome. The goals of these study were to link flower volatiles that attract pollinating beetles to the microbial species that live within the flower at different stages of flower aging.
